Voice Implementation and Support

Alexant Systems designs, installs and supports telephone systems from a variety of manufacturers including Avaya, NEC America, Nortel and Samsung. Our interdisciplinary teams of engineers are not experts in providing support from the simplest basic telephone system to sophisticated Call Center Operations to Converged IP based telephony systems. Alexant is not particularly proud of its managed telephony services which bring together design, engineering, project management and long term support in one package and at very competitive costs. We manage the job (including carrier interface) from inception through completion.
